I can't imagine how it's possible that Tony Coca can be allowed to be on a forum when we know all the guys he has robbed !!!

If you would like to come on to Garage Kits and confront him, you're more than welcome to ... that's in part the reason that I allowed him back in ... unless the situation is addressed, and a dialogue opened, nothing will ever be resolved.

I hope you laugh, I don't need to talk again about it ! All was said ! Tony Coca must refund me 180$ (3 kits) and we are very plentiful in this case in France and specially on this forum ! He has never refund us and never answer to our mails, he's banned everywhere ! For some guys it was 7 kits or more (Ricsub) and cause of him lot of french guys has stopped to buy kits !!!

We talk in thousand of $ !!! For me, guys like him or Rick Force are more robbers than a recaster like Xenomorph. It's a shame ! And it's not sympathic for Fenix who has tried to repair alone all the problems with the Coca's kits.

Coca m'a entubé de 2 kits : le Chacal et la Valkyrie.

Comme toi, il n'est plus question que j'aille à nouveau sur Garagekits.

Moi aussi je me suis fait prendre sauvagement par derrière .... mais pour 1 seul kit, le JOH, donc ça a été moins douloureux que pour certains .
Je crois d'ailleurs qu'il existe une liste des lésés quelque part sur le forum ou ailleurs .

On parle de justice et c'est encore une ordure qui s'en sort désole pour vous les gars,faudrait que quelqu'un,

Frankly Chris, I don't find anything in this situation funny AT ALL.

I opened the door to Coca at Garage Kits to give those he's wronged an opportunity to talk to him directly, in a public forum where no deletions or editing of messages will be done... and try to make restitution to those he owes either kits or money to, and I stated so in the very first post. If you choose not to use that opportunity, well there's nothing I can do about that. Coca even posted himself that he would like to try to resolve all outstanding issues with people this year

And for point of reference, Rick Force is not banned at Garage Kits either, and frankly, I had a HUGE argurment with the other moderaters there for locking and deleting the various threads in where the problems were being discussed, as a favor to him ... that WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN, or I will step down as the adminstrator of Garage Kits.

Now there is one thing I would like to mention, and I know that it won't make me very poplular, but it is the truth. Why would someone continue to pay for kits (in some cases 7 of them), when they had not received the first? I'm sorry, but that makes absolutely NO SENSE to me what so ever. When someone buys a kit from me, they get thier kit, when someone buys 7 kits from me, they get 7 kits .. but they ALWAYS get their kits before they order the next one. If you hadn't gotten kit # 1, why on earth would you pay for kits #2 through 7?????

Please understand I'm not blaming anyone of you for what happened, BUT, there has to be some level of accountability on both sides. Yes, Coca took your money, and didn't deliver kits, but you also continued to give him your money AFTER he had not delivered anything numerous times.

As to exactly how Coca can make restitution, I don't know, but if we don't at least TRY to work this out, nothing will ever be resolved. All I'm trying to do is find a way to get you guys either your kits or your money back ... is it going to happen all at once, I highly doubt it, but if we can at least make it happen a little at a time wouldn't it be worth the effort?

Again, all I'm doing is opening the door to attempt a resolution ... those who don't want to step through it and take advantage of it, there's nothing I can do about that, but I sincerly hope you at least see this as what it's intended to be, and not an attack or measure of disrespect to anyone here, or anyone that's owed kits or money by Coca, because those that know ME, know that's not the way that I operate.

I don't know for the other people, but I still paid for kits because they were produced. Some people received the kit of Valkyrie so there was no reason to think I would not. The only kit he never produced was the Jackal.

Coca say he will try to resolve all this ? Frankly Jesse, what do you think that he would say ? That he don't care ?
The last time he sent me a message it was one and a half years ago. I think that if he really wanted to "resolve" something, 2 years is more than enough.

What I find hard to understand is that Garagekits is a forum dedicated mostly to Kits. And it is the only one who allow Coca to post after he was banned. Even Bowen who don't like kit producers has banned Coca.

How about this, he's promised to try to right the wrongs that he's done. How about we give him a time limit until the end of March ... if he doesn't do SOMETHING by then ... he's banned for good ... and we all write it off.

That gives him 3 months during which time he is likely get his Tax Return (if he has one) and use it to make as much restitution as he can. Even if he doesn't get one, that's MORE than ample time to do SOMETHING, even if it's partial payments

Is that fair enough?
