*Insurance and replacement policy:
- DHL standard insurance only allows up to $99 claim, if you want to insure to full amount then you have to pay extra
- we will not be responsible for any damage and delays caused by your local customs
- as production of pre-painted statue will be limited, we may not be able to replace IF your statue gets damage. We, however, will provide discounts or other incentives to compensate for the loss
- any claim for damaged shipping must notify us and provide sufficient pictures within 48 hours of receipt. We will also require for consignee to file a letter of complaint/a call of complaint to your local DHL to provide support for the complaint we will file on DHL
Product Update:
- unfortunately there'll be no more change-o-gauntlet, infinity gauntlet with gems on left hand will be fixed for pre-painted statues
- no more dirty chrome on the throne either, chrome rubs off so we're sticking with silver/metal finish
- all pre-painted and kits will come in a sturdy industrial box
